Terms and Conditions of GO Travel Data Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid)

  1. The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”), starting from September 16, 2025, or until further notice from the Company.
  2. Service fee rates for “GO Travel” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    • GO Travel package (Neighboring)
      • 149-baht, 3 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 249-baht, 6 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
    • GO Travel package (Asia & Australia)
      • 299-baht, 4 GB data for 3 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 449-baht, 8 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 649-baht, 16 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 699-baht, 10 GB data for 15 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 1,299-baht, 15 GB data for 30 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
    • GO Travel package (Worldwide)
      • 599-baht, 4 GB data for 7 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 949-baht, 8 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 1,399-baht, 16 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 1,699-baht, 15 GB data for 30 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 2,699-baht, 15 GB internet usage in Worldwide for 365 days (Once the data quota is reached, the service will be suspended automatically)
  3. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
  4. Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
  5. To disable data roaming, you can do it yourself by dialing *113*2# (free of charge) and to enable data roaming, you can dial *113*1#
  6. For Postpaid customers, the package price applies to the usage in the participating networks and countries only. Usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal international roaming rate according to the country of usage.
  7. Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
  8. The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
  9. International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
  10. The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
  11. The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
  12. The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
  13. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
  14. The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
  15. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the package without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions of GO Travel EXTRA Data Roaming and Voice Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid)

  1. The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”), starting from September 16, 2025, or until further notice from the Company.
  2. Service fee rates for “GO Travel EXTRA” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    • GO Travel EXTRA (Asia & Australia)
      • 599-baht, 8 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
      • 799-baht, 16 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
      • GO Travel EXTRA (Worldwide)
      • 1,149-baht, 8 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
      • 1,599-baht, 16 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
  3. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
  4. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
  5. Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.

  8. For Postpaid customers, during one validity period, no other packages can be applied until the existing package expires for at least 2 days.
  9. Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
  10. After data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
  11. The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
  12. International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
  13. The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
  14. The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. Terms and Conditions of GO Travel EXCLUSIVE Data, Voice and SMS Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid)

  1. The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”), starting from September 16, 2025, or until further notice from the Company.
  2. Service fee rates for “GO Travel EXCLUSIVE” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    • GO Travel EXCLUSIVE (ASIA & AUS)
      • 1,999 baht for 30 GB of data roaming, 100 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls and Sending SMS 100 SMS for 30 days in Asian countries and Australia
      • Free Travel Insurance coverage of 1,000,000 baht click
      • Free In-flight unlimited data roaming click
    • GO Travel EXCLUSIVE (Worldwide)
      • 3,499 baht for 30 GB of data roaming, 100 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls and Sending SMS 100 SMS for 30 days in Worldwide
      • Free Travel Insurance coverage of 1,000,000 baht click
      • Free In-flight unlimited data roaming click
  3. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
  4. Once signed up, the package cannot be canceled or changed.
  5. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
  6. Fees for excessive outgoing calls and receiving calls will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
  7. To disable data roaming, you can do it yourself by dialing *113*2# (free of charge) and to enable data roaming, you can dial *113*1#
  8. For Postpaid customers, the package price applies to the usage in the participating networks and countries only. Usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal international roaming rate according to the country of usage.
  9. For Postpaid customers, during one validity period, no other packages can be applied until the existing package expires for at least 2 days.
  10. SMS messages in Thai or both Thai and English totaling up to 70 characters are counted as 1 SMS message. For English language SMS messages, 160 characters are equivalent to 1 SMS message. In cases of extended messages that exceed this limit, excess messages will be charged as new SMS messages. These messages, may be received by the recipient simultaneously or separately, depending on the capabilities of the destination mobile phone or device. In the case of symbols or other extended characters, the character count per message may differ according to the technical limitations of the system.
  11. Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
  12. After data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
  13. The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).

Terms and Conditions of Voice Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid)

  1. The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”), starting from September 16, 2025, or until further notice from the Company.
  2. This package is limited to domestic usage in specified countries and networks only.
  3. Package service fees are as follows: (not include 7% VAT)
    • 30-minute package at 350 baht for 30 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
    • 60-minute package at 650 baht for 60 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
    • 120-minute package at 1,200 baht for 120 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
  4. Call to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country/specified network or after the package period ends will be charged at normal rate of the destination country.
  5. Excess usage of a package with special call rate will be charged at the special rate.
  6. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
  7. For Postpaid customer, the package period for outgoing and incoming calls will end at 23:59:59 (Thailand time) on the 7th day or when the allocated minutes for outgoing and incoming calls are fully used, whichever comes first.
  8. For Prepaid customer, the package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
  9. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
  10. All domestic packages do not include any usage occurred in foreign countries.
  11. The service fees do not include networks that offer maritime, in-flight and satellite connectivity.
  12. When package is successfully subscribed, the customer is unable to cancel or make any revision to the package and transfer remaining credit of the package in the current billing cycle to the next billing cycle.

Terms and Conditions of True Roaming

  1. The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”), starting from September 16, 2025, or until further notice from the Company.
  2. For postpaid customers who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    1. Before travelling abroad, you are advised to check the roaming service. In case you have not activated roaming service, you can simply apply by dialing *112*1# (free) or contact the True Call Center at 1242. You will receive SMS confirmation upon successful activation, and the permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted.
    2. International roaming rates for specific countries and operators:
      • International roaming rates for Asia zone
        • Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 33 baht/minute
        • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
        • Data Roaming 350 baht/day (80 baht/MB). The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. Once the data quota is reached, customers can continue using data at 384 Kbps. * The data roaming duration starts immediately upon connecting to the internet while abroad and expires at 23:59:59 of the day (Visited time).
      • International roaming rates for Europe, Oceania and America zone
        • Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 25 baht/minute
        • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
        • Data Roaming 499 baht/day (50 baht/MB). The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. Once the data quota is reached, customers can continue using data at 384 Kbps. * The data roaming duration starts immediately upon connecting to the internet while abroad and expires at 23:59:59 of the day (Visited time).
    3. International roaming rates for countries and operators not specified in 2.2
      • Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 75 baht/minute
      • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
      • Data Roaming 450 baht/MB
  3. For prepaid customer who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    1. Before travelling abroad, you are advised to check the roaming service. In case you have not activated roaming service, you can simply apply by dialing *112*1# (free) or contact the True Call Center at 1242. You will receive confirmation upon successful activation (except for GO Travel SIM Customers, for whom roaming service will be automatically activated upon subscription of the SIM).
    2. Top up a sufficient amount of money prior to your trip and study how to top up while abroad.
    3. International roaming rates in specific countries and operators
      • International roaming rate for Asia zone
        • Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 33 baht/minute
        • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
        • Data Roaming: This option is available only for customers who have subscribed to a data roaming package.
      • International roaming rates for Europe, Oceania and America zone
        • Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 25 baht/minute
        • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
        • Data Roaming: This option is available only for customers who have subscribed to a data roaming package.
    4. International roaming rates for the countries and operators not specified in 3.3
      • Outgoing call and Receiving calls: 75 baht/minute
      • Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
      • Data Roaming: This option is available only for customers who have subscribed to a data roaming package.
  4. Temporarily turn off data before departure to avoid data roaming charges simply by dialing *113*2# (free). Once you turn off data roaming, you won't have access to mobile data. If you need turn on data again, simply by dialing *113*1# (free).
  5. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers who subscribe to a roaming package, the details are as follows:
    1. International data and voice roaming services will be automatically activated upon subscription to the package.
    2. The package is valid only in specific countries and networks.
    3. For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
    4. The Company will send SMS confirmations regarding the start and end times of the package. The package allowance time is based on a 24-hour period (Thailand time).
    5. Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, sending SMS, usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal rate of the specific countries.
    6. Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
    7. Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions before using the service.
  6. Company reserves the right:
    1. Customers are prohibited from profiting from packages, including Voice over IP (VoIP) service, in any illegal cases. If evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that contravenes the law, social harmony, and social morality is found, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotional privileges of the violating phone number.
    2. The company has the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain the service quality and help users use it more efficiently. This may include limiting or reducing the speeds, taking action to transfer data, prohibiting the use of BitTorrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any application with sustained high usage that affects service application or causes issue or damage to other users and/or the Company’s network or overall service.
    3. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. Customers acknowledge and agree to any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
    4. The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions. The changes will be announced via suitable communication tools at least 30 days in advance.
  7. The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms provided by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. Additionally, the customer agrees that the provider (or the Company) may reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
  8. The purchased packages cannot be refunded or transferred to other customers. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without prior notices. The Company also reserves the right to change prices without prior notice subject to Terms and Conditions of International Roaming rates.
  9. Usage allowance from this package does not include usage while on a ship, airplane or over satellite networks.
